Brightlingsea Regatta Day

Our ladies and Gents did a brilliant job at the Brightlingsea Regatta of with the raffle.  They  encouraged lots of people to 'come and try' our wonderful sport.

Our crews were standing by all day ready to take the public afloat to try a bit of rowing but unfortunately the wind was just bowing too hard to allow newcomers to have a go. 

Many of the newcomers booked to try again on Sunday and during the following week. 

A big thanks to all concerned particularly to the Ladies who organised the raffle and worked so hard promoting the club to newcomers.  Well done all!!!
