May Bank Holiday Sunday

Great turn out today for the late May bank holiday Sunday row.  24 members took part across two sessions in the morning.  Reports of 3 seals in the early morning Colne estuary row, however they disappeared for the later rowing crews.  A brisk breeze and strong out going tide made for tough rowing conditions.  'It was like rowing through treacle' !!  The early crew were training for next weekends Round Osea Island race while the later row was more casual.
