Sunday at the Regatta 2019

Regatta Sunday:

Both boats were afloat before lunch and 'Come and Try' sessions were very popular - it was interesting to see how some newcomers took to the water like ducks.

The weather was perfect for our club race that started on the Sailing Club line - this was a real delight for the hundreds of spectators and very dramatic as both boats were nearly on the beach at the start. 

Vanduara come home first but Velocity did well considering the experience of the crew - unfortunately there was a bit of an imbalance in abilities but they did very well.
